EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. The product should be in  saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.

3. The product's original tags to be intact and the product's original e-bill to be presented while sending an exchange request.

4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference. 

5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand

6. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

7. A charge of Rs. 200 will be levied on the client for a return order. 

8. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 3- 5 nationally and 7-10days for international orders and in case of extreme situations like strike or pandemic will be 8-10 days nationally and 13-15 days for international orders.
